THE VISIONARY BEHIND
Waseem’s journey began in the UK in 2019, where he discovered his passion for hospitality and property management. After gaining experience with leading companies, he launched Waz Vacation Property Management in 2022 and soon after founded Waz Vacation Homes in 2023 to meet the rising demand for short-term rentals. By 2025, his vision expanded to the UAE.
With an eye for detail and a love for hospitality, he built a loyal guest following.
In search of new horizons, Waseem brought his expertise to Dubai. The city’s energy, culture, and iconic skyline inspired him instantly. He chose prime locations facing the majestic Burj Khalifa for his first UAE properties. Every apartment is carefully designed for comfort, style.
